Tom has over 30 years of delivering exceptional customer service. His priority is to make sure each and every one of his clients needs and concerns are first and foremost above anything else. He strives to ensure that we always give the best possible service and offer the best value for the clients needs.

He's enjoys all the wonderful outdoor activities Tennessee has to offer and is actively involved in his church as well as is always seeking ways to volunteer and give back to his community.

After a few years of teaching, Nick found a new satisfaction in insurance by connecting with people on a one-on-one basis. In addition to his ability to clearly explain the benefits of coverage and what coverage someone truly needs; he listens to understand what his clients are really looking for with their insurance.

He currently lives in Murfreesboro but loves to travel all over Tennessee and surrounding areas to go biking. When it’s warm enough, you’ll find him swimming in rivers and walking his dog.

Mark Keown has been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, helping his clients secure the exact commercial and/or agricultural insurance they need.

Mark has been a resident of Williamson County for more than nine years.  His son Andrew attends Franklin intermediate School and they both attend Brentwood Baptist located Brentwood Tennessee. In his spare time mark likes playing golf playing cornhole and traveling with his son .

My name is Victoria McGowen and I originally started in the insurance business in Boulder, CO. I am very passionate about helping others; therefore I have continued my insurance journey back to Nashville, TN. My number one goal is building long-term relationships with an emphasis on fitting individual client needs as well as excellent customer service.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending my time with my family, hanging out with my two pugs, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans. I am also a faithful member of my church and enjoy giving back to my community.

I am a 50-year-old Marine Corp Veteran and former Deputy Sheriff that started my insurance career 2 years ago. I have worked in the corporate world as well as owning my own equine farrier business. I have worked on about every kind of horse you can think of. I entered the insurance business because of my desire to help others with their insurance needs. I became very interested in how insurance worked when I submitted a claim with a large insurance carrier years ago and I did not get the customer service I expected. I owned a farm raising black angus cattle and my barn sustained damage from a storm. I did not have a pleasant experience with that company so that prompted me to learn more about how the insurance business worked. Once I became interested I actually took my test for my license and now I am selling insurance full time. I still have a passion for farming but I really enjoy helping people to be satisfied with their insurance needs and customer service. Putting the customer with the right insurance carrier to meet their needs and budget really builds good relationships with our clients. I am not a believer in selling someone something that they do not need. I want to give them the most bang for their buck so I will shop for them in order to bring what they need to the table.
